High Cholestrol even though having proper diet
I have had relatively high cholesterol -- presently 302. I exercise daily -- walk 1-2 miles and bicycle 3 miles -- and eat healthy (mostly fruits and vegetables, some meat ). My average blood pressure is 100 / 65 and was able to get it up to 128 / 82 only after bicycling hard. What might be the reason for high cholestrol?
There are different types of cholesterol. The HDL is considered "good" cholesterol and sometimes it is important to see which of yours is high because some amount of high total cholesterol will be balanced by a high level of the good kind.
