What should I do? I have a bald patch on my beard.

Hello, I am 18 years old male. I developed a bald patch on my beard while growing beard for the very first time. I began to squeeze the cyst and pulled out the hairs from the inflamed bump with tweezers, I thought it was ingrown hairs. Now the hair won't grow back? What should I do? I didn't get a diagnosis because my dermatologist appointment was canceled due to an administrative error so I gave up waiting. ! Anyways the patches haven't worsened but it is still there. What should I do?

@tanaka Hello, Ideally, you should talk to a dermatologist as a number of different conditions can cause bald patches in the beard. These include alopecia and ringworm infections. I also had a similar bear patch which was cured by a Minoxidil lotion, but as you mentioned you had a small cyst there, I didn’t have any type of cyst. Please talk to your dermatologist. Thanks!
