Why do I have a lump on my vaginal opening?
Hello, I am 25 years old female. I have these light pink lumps on my vaginal opening and they hurt. They are hardish and they have this white coating on them. They are painful while having intercourse as it is painful it becomes. What could be causing this? Why do I have a lump on my vaginal opening?
@uiliana Hello, the vulva has a number of glands, including oil glands, Bartholin’s glands, and Skene’s glands. A cyst can form if these glands become clogged. The size of cysts varies, but most feel like small, hard lumps. Cysts aren’t usually painful unless they become infected. Cysts normally go away without treatment. If a cyst becomes infected, your doctor can drain it and may prescribe antibiotics if there are signs of infection. My recommendation for you would be to see a doctor as you said it is painful, so it is better to take healthcare help. Thank You!
