Redness after a haircut. What can I do to treat it?
-
Hello, I am 17 years old male. Why do I get redness after every haircut? Every time I go out for a haircut this redness in my scalp comes out, I have been treating this and I already tried a lot of different ointments or shampoos but it still doesn't work. Nothing is working for me. Please suggest what can I do? Is there any home remedy or should I visit a doctor? Can anyone tell me is it normal to get redness after a haircut?

@conar Hello, it is going for a very long time then you should visit a dermatologist and get treated. Rashes can sometimes develop after a haircut, and these may contain bumps. The exact cause can vary. It could be Razor burn, Barber’s itch, eczema most probably seborrheic dermatitis. It’s possible that getting a haircut can aggravate seborrheic dermatitis because of the tools and chemicals being used on already-sensitive skin. You may also be prone to infections if you scratch at your scalp and cause the rashes to bleed. It is better to take a doctor’s help.
