Hello, I get col easily. my nasal passages are curved, and the doctor said I have an allergic cold. I have been suffering from cold, headache, sneezing, and runny for years but I am suffering from nasal congestion for the last two years. The doctor said surgery will heal it but I am worried. I am 65 years old male. Is there any alternative treatment other than surgery? Please suggest anything effective. Thanks!

@uan Hello, have you tried Corticosteroid nasal sprays? If not then consult your doctor before using it. If your symptoms aren't easily controlled by decongestants or antihistamines. Corticosteroid medications help prevent and treat inflammation associated with some types of nonallergic rhinitis. Possible side effects include nasal dryness, nosebleeds, headaches, and throat dryness. It is better to get a prescribed one. Other things that you can try like Saline nasal sprays, Antihistamine nasal sprays, Anti-drip anticholinergic nasal sprays, and Decongestants. Please consult your doctor before using it. Thanks!
