Hello, I have had Non-allergic Rhinitis for about 3 years and every night I woke up with one side of my nose really blocked and one open I do take allergic medicine and have an air cleaner a vaporizer basically everything but nothing helps anyone here with this condition how do you treat this? I woke up with a headache and sleeping causes one side closed and one open. Can anyone help me with this?

@the Hello, Please consult a doctor. certain medications may provide relief, including Saline nasal sprays, corticosteroid nasal sprays, Antihistamine nasal sprays, Anti-drip anticholinergic nasal sprays, and Decongestants. If your symptoms aren't easily controlled by decongestants or antihistamines, your doctor might suggest a nonprescription corticosteroid nasal spray, such as fluticasone. Thanks!
