Developed a rash on the hand after taking isotretinoin. Is it a side effect of isotretinoin?

Hello, I am 1.5 weeks into my isotretinoin course (20mg daily), and have developed a weird rash on my hand. There are some other small patches on the upper arms and shoulders too. Is this normal? What should I do to treat this? Please let me know is normal or not? Is it a side effect? What should I do to treat it? I am 26 years old male.

@titas Hello, Stop taking isotretinoin and call your doctor if you have a rash, red patches, bruises on your legs, or a fever. Isotretinoin can cause serious allergic reactions in rare cases. The more serious side effects of isotretinoin can have long-term or permanent effects. Stop taking isotretinoin as it can cause more serious side effects like increased cholesterol and joint and muscle problems. Isotretinoin can increase the levels of fats and cholesterol in your blood. A rash caused by isotretinoin can be serious. Stop using isotretinoin and call your doctor right away. Thanks!
