Hello, I am 20 years old female. I am not sexually active so I was wondering what's going on? I am not really sure what's been going on lately but these bumps have appeared on my vagina. I also observed discoloration around the vaginal area. Can anyone help me with this?

@ailey If it causes you any type of irritation, skin changes, itching, and pain then it could be a condition like Lichen sclerosus. Lichen sclerosis is an inflammatory disorder that affects the skin on your genitals. It causes irritation, skin changes, itching, and pain. Blisters and sores (usually from persistent itching) may also form on your genitals. If you experience anything like that then you must visit a doctor, if not then hormonal changes, such as pregnancy, and increased estrogen can cause the vulva to appear as if it has dark spots or patches. However, this discoloration is only temporary in nature and is caused by normal hormonal changes.
