Why should I drink milk at night? Does drinking milk in the morning disturbs the fast metabolism process?

Hello, I am 23 years old male. Some people say that one shouldn't drink milk in the morning as it disturbs the fast metabolism process and it is recommended to drink milk before going to bed. I am a sportsperson whenever we talk about diet with my coaches they recommend drinking milk before bedtime so it will digest properly otherwise it will be harmful to your stomach and disturb your metabolism. What actually happens?

@afna Hello, In certain instances, drinking milk at a specific time may help you reap the most benefits. The calcium in milk supports bone growth, while magnesium and potassium are vital for blood pressure regulation. There’s no recommended time to drink milk to reap its general health benefits. It depends on what your purpose is for wanting to drink milk. And it depends on how old you are and what health issues you might have. And it depends on how much milk you plan on drinking. It is suggested Well, for one thing, digestion during sleep is a very slow process. And it has been said that digesting food during sleep can interfere with the restorative process that sleep is supposed to achieve. However, if you’re looking to lose weight or build muscle, studies suggest that drinking milk right after workouts is best. No research suggests that you should drink milk at a particular time to reap its benefits. However, some studies indicate that drinking it after a workout may help those who specifically want to lose weight or build muscle. Thanks!
