I’m a 22-year-old female. It all started when I sat on the floor for around 5-7 hours to make my semester project. It's been a month, the pain has shifted from my lower back to the left butt and it HURTS SO BAD when I sit for long hours or when I’m about to sleep! Please suggest what can I do? Help!!

@ryba Hello, You could have some misplaced vertebrae in your spine, seeing a chiropractor would probably be beneficial as they specialize in back and neck pain. Or I would suspect from your description that you have sciatica at this time. That's a pinched nerve. Heat, ice, and stretching normally can resolve this. He/she will take some x-rays, study them, and then discuss the results with you and the plan of action. After a few treatments, you should start to feel better. Thanks
