Is severe groin pain and leg pain mainly on left side a symptom of ectopic pregnancy?

Hello, I have been experiencing serve groin pain and leg pain mainly on my left side. My doctors and A&E I was told I am pregnant however an ultrasound scan can not find anything however they have found what looks like a cyst on my left ovary and there is fluid around it so they are presuming it is an ectopic pregnancy but my problem is mainly the pain down my legs and my whole body feels odd. Is this a symptom or something else?

@altrun Hello, Pregnancy that develops outside the uterus is called an ectopic pregnancy. Women with an ectopic pregnancy may have irregular bleeding and pelvic or abdominal pain, often on one side. Symptoms most often appear 6 to 8 weeks after the last normal menstrual period. It is better to take the opinion of other doctors. Thanks!
