Fluctuating blood pressure

does anyone else suffering from anxiety have fluctuating blood pressure. I m suffering from anxiety from past few years. and now I observe the blood pressure is fluctuating.
can anyone pLease help.Is this common.

@raveena yes I’ve had that happen several times. When I was younger my blood pressure was always 110/70 but then over the years with anxiety increasing it would fluctuate from the 120s to 140s. A couple times recently it’s just shot up to 180/90 and I drove myself to the doctors office where they rechecked it.
so yes, anxiety and stress can definitely raise the blood pressure and cause it to fluctuate.
