Why do I experience pain in my throat while drinking water?

Hello, I am 35 years male and I am facing a problem with my throat. For the past three months, I am suffering from pain in my throat when I drink water. The pain doesn't occur when swallowing solids. Please tell me what should I do to get relief from this pain. Please explain what can cause pain in the throat while drinking water? What should I do?

Reflux laryngitis is an irritation in the back of the throat due to acid or other chemicals that come up from your stomach. This usually happens at night when you're asleep.
