Hello, Are there any natural birth control methods? Birth control pills have various side effects like bleeding between periods, nausea and vomiting, breast tenderness, headaches, tiredness, and bloating. So I am avoiding taking them and looking for natural methods of contraception. If there are any natural birth control methods then please let me know in the comments. Also, tell me are natural methods effective?

@albertina Natural birth control is a method to prevent pregnancy without using medications. natural birth control methods are not effective. natural and traditional birth control methods with the exception of condoms will not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Some methods are Barrier methods- These are used each time you have sex and include condoms, diaphragms, cervical caps, and sponges. Rhythm method- This natural birth control method is based on the ovulation cycle. This involves abstaining from sex on the days when you’re most fertile and most likely to become pregnant. Withdrawal method- Withdrawal is a birth control method when the penis is removed from the vagina before ejaculation. This method is not effective as a barrier method and can lead to unwanted pregnancy. You can discuss this with your gynecologist. Thanks!
