I have been observing that I have normal blood pressure in the morning but at night it gets high. Why is my blood pressure normal in the morning and at night but a high 133 in the evening between 8 to 9 PM? Is it normal to have high blood pressure at night? I am 51 years old male.

@baran Hello, my recommendatiom for you would be to see a doctor. Blood pressure readings above 180/120 mmHg are considered stroke-level, dangerously high and require immediate medical attention. Generally, a small difference in blood pressure readings between arms isn't a health concern. However, a difference of more than 10 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for either your top number (systolic pressure) or bottom number (diastolic) may be a sign of blocked arteries in the arms, diabetes or other health problems.
