Hello, I am 35 years old male. I have been getting pain in my knee caps, ankles, upper back, and toes for a few weeks now. Also, Bending my fingers hurt. I get shooting pains all over my arms. My fingers and toes feel tingling. I have had severe upper back pain for a week now in the center going into both shoulder blades and to the chest, it's the worse pain I've ever had. Anyone got any idea what going on. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

@rajit Hello, it seems like you have arthritis. Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of one or more joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness. The most common signs and symptoms of arthritis involve the joints. Depending on the type of arthritis, signs, and symptom are Pain, Stiffness, Swelling, Redness, and decreased range of motion. It is better to consult a doctor. Changing diet and exercising along with medicine will help you. Thanks!
