My fingers and toes feel tingling. I have had severe upper back pain for a week now in the center going into both shoulder blades and to the chest, it's the worse pain I've ever had. Anyone got any idea what going on. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

The most common signs and symptoms of arthritis involve the joints. Depending on the type of arthritis, signs, and symptom are Pain, Stiffness, Swelling, Redness, and decreased range of motion.
