Hello, It is said that vitamin D deficiency may cause cold intolerance. People with Vitamin D deficiency might not have enough healthy red blood cells to move oxygen around their bodies (anemia). That can leave you shivering and cold, especially in your hands and feet. It is an abnormal sensitivity to a cold environment or cold temperatures. Cold intolerance can be a symptom of a problem with metabolism. Some people do not tolerate cold temperatures because they have very little body fat to help keep them warm. Some people naturally tend to feel colder than others, without any discernible cause. Is it true that it causes cold intolerance?

@pax Hi, yes. Our immune system protects us from bacteria and viruses that can cause illness. It interacts with the cells that build the immune system. When your body runs low on vitamin D, it affects your immunity, making you more prone to ailments like cold and flu, fever, allergies, asthma, and eczema. Thank You!!
