Hello, exercise and food have a great impact on the immunity system. During these times it will be helpful. The practice of physical activities strengthens the immune system, suggesting a benefit in the response to viral communicable diseases. Thus, regular practice of adequate intensity is suggested as an auxiliary tool in strengthening and preparing the immune system. Can anyone suggest to me some exercises that will be helpful in improving my immunity? I am 24 years old female. Thank You!!
