Hello, I am a 26-year-old boy and I had suffered from Covid-19 three months back and now My blood pressure dropped from 140/90 to 100/60. I feel dizzy and have a very low energy level. I even went to my doctor other than that what should I do? Can anyone tell me? Is it normal to get low blood pressure after COVID-19? What should I do to prevent it?

@nest Hello, Normal blood pressure is less than 120/80 mmHg. Low blood pressure is generally defined as a blood pressure lower than 90/60 mmHg, linked with symptoms. There is no lower limit that is unhealthy. But having a blood pressure that is too low can mean your vital organs don't get the oxygen and blood they need to work normally. You don’t have low blood pressure it is normal now. No need to worry. The reason you are feeling weak is because of covid-19. Proper diet and exercise will help you. Thank you.
