Hello, I am 18 years old female. My urine has been quite foamy. Does it mean something? What should I do? Can anyone tell me if foamy urine is a symptom of anything serious? Could it be Foamy urine can be a warning sign for chronic kidney disease (CKD)? I am worried!!!!

@netanya Hello, if you have a full bladder, which can make your urine stream more forceful and faster. The urine can also get foamy if it's more concentrated, which can occur due to dehydration or pregnancy. Protein in the urine can also cause foaminess and is usually due to kidney disease. Also, Dehydration. Not drinking enough water can lead to bubbly urine. If you're dehydrated, your urine may appear foamy because it's more concentrated. It's also likely to be darker than normal. It is better to get a proper evaluation. Thanks!!
