What should I do I am needle pain in my legs

Hello, I am 28 years old female. My leg has now been numb for over a week. It started off as painful needles. I went to my doctor who asked me to have blood tests. Over the past few days, I have also begun to have pains in my arm, and lower back, and occasionally headaches. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
