Hello, I am 25 years old female. I have been having lots of severe pain in my lower belly and on my right side starting at my hip up through my ribs up through my shoulder and arm. I can't lay on my back or hardly walk. A doctor at a local hospital said it was a cyst and that it would go away and the pain has gotten worse. Please let me know what should I do? Thanks!

@rikshit Hello, Ovarian cysts are small, noncancerous, fluid-filled sacs that can occur in women who have regular periods. They're a nuisance for many women, often causing bothersome symptoms like periodic bloating and abdominal discomfort. In some cases, ovarian cysts can trigger dull and aching lower back pain. lower back pain when they grow to a larger size they can begin to press on the organs and tissues of your abdomen, leading to pain or discomfort in your back. Usually these cysts do go away on their own but if pain persists you may need treatment and in some cases, the cysts must be surgically removed so you should return to your doctor if the pain continues. If your pain is extreme then immediately talk to your doctor. Thank You!! Take care!
