Evidence suggests that dairy consumption is associated with better cognitive health in older adults. However, the results of a recent investigation introduce an exception to this possible link. Researchers found that high consumption of whole milk was associated with a higher rate of cognitive impairment in older adults with a high risk for cardiovascular disease.
