Getting sick a lot post covid.What should i do?

I had Covid about 3 months ago and got recovered. But last month I got cold 4 times. But I have never had a cold this often. Could this be a side effect of Covid-19? And what should i do? I got tests done when I got the cold the first time. It was negative.
