Hi, I am in my late 30s. I have never missed my period since I first got my period. I am definitely not pregnant. I don’t have PCOS. My periods have been irregular since January. Is it possible to get menopause in the late 30s?

@divya Hey, it is normal to have an irregular and shorter menstrual cycle in your late 30s. It is uncommon for menopause to occur before the age of 40, but many of the symptoms of menopause can begin several years before menopause occurs. This is known as perimenopause. Irregularity and shorter menstrual cycle less production of oestrogen.
