Hello, I heard infants during teething become all fussy and irritated and even get sick. Is there any initial symptom? If yes then what can I do? What should I do during his teething stage?

@lenu Hey, teething in every baby is different. Teething in some starts at 4 months and some after 12 months. But most babies start teething at around 6 months. Baby teeth sometimes emerge with no pain or discomfort at all but they might get the following symptoms-
Gum soreness, mild fever, a rash on their face, one flushed cheek, dribbling more than usual, gnawing and chewing on things a lot, and sleeping well.
You can give him a cold cloth, a pacifier, toys, and a spoon. Make sure you clean the washcloth and toys. You can also soothe him by Massage the gums gently rubbing them with your clean finger.
