Ovulation Pain

Hi,

I am 33yr old.I get severe ovulation pain every cycle.The pain starts as lower back pain that starts around 10th day and then it continues till 15 th day.Get severe twinges on day 14th.Feel very weak at lower back that i cant even stand.Have pelvic pain and period like cramps.Has anyone gone through this?

I get very normal periods with little discomfort and mild cramping.

How do overcome this ovulation pain.Please advice.Tired of going to gynac.I was having such pain since i was in highschool but not that severe.
