Uneasiness, Body Pain, Sever Headache

Hey there,
I am a 27 years working woman.
I am feeling not well from some days. As i start observing myself from 10-15 days i am feeling Uneasy, Body Pains at any time regardless of work load , I feel Sever Headache some times.
Every time i am taking pain killers and within 1/2 an hour i start feeling better but once the effect of tabulates finishes i am again the same point. Is this symptoms of any big illness? What should i do ??
