      Hey...i am 25 years working woman. My weight is 65kg. As my work is seating for 9 hours , from past few days my weight is started increasing and i feel pain in back. I want to add some healthy exercises in my daily routine. what kind of exercises i can do on daily basis?

        you can try using coccyx pillow which help in back pain due to long sitting
