Hyperthyroidism and elevated calcium level
-
I would like to hear if anyone had any of the following symptoms while waiting to be diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I had severe constipation and was unable to eat any solid foods for 4 weeks. I had no appetite and felt extremely dehydrated. The worst was the anxiety and panic attacks I had over the course of 4 weeks. I was diagnosed with having an ulcer by a GI doctor who saw me. Also, I'm fatigued and overall not feeling well. can anyone relate? I would like to know I'm not alone in the way I'm feeling.

@solmarie I had elevated calcium levels with parathyroidism and suffered similar symptoms to yours. The advice was to drink at least 2 liters of water daily. This helped to flush out the excess calcium in the blood and the symptoms were much less pronounced. Keep drinking!
