Sudden onset of shakiness, head pressure, dizziness

hi,im 53, had bouts of hot flashes for three years, still, have them, and rarely have periods now( can't remember my last one) suddenly the last four weeks head pressure, shakiness, dizziness, and fatigue have come on intensely. is it normal to come on so fast?

Also, I'd appreciate any advice on how I can ease the symptoms, preferably naturally.

@angelie I’m so sorry to hear! so you’re getting all of this yet still getting your periods. Have you done a menopause test? I bought one and it's positive but was no surprise as I’ve not had a period for quite a few months, I think. I bought a test online.
Have you not tried any meds?
