    Low WBC count in 10 year old Girl

      I have a 10 yr old daughter who is active. She is continuously suffering from off and on fevers for the past 9 months. She now complains of joint pain and has frequent headaches. Tests were done and the following are the results:

      WBC 3.5 (4.0-13.5 ideal)
      Neutrophils 41 (48-73 ideal)
      TSH normal
      Rheumatoid Arthritis Factor- normal

      What could be the reason for her fever and joint pain
