What should be the diet plan for a pregnant woman?
-
Hello, my sister in law is pregnant now. She had a miscarriage before. So our family members are very careful and taking care of her as much as possible. As of now she has no problem. She is eating well and feeling no malaise. I would like to know more about the diet plan she should follow now. She is in her first trimester. She has hypothyroidism also. Please suggest a diet plan for her.

@gilli A Pregnant Woman Should Include in Their Daily Diet at Least:

Six servings of enriched, whole-grain breads and cereals. Three servings of nonfat or low-fat milk or milk products
Two to three servings of extra-lean meats, chicken without the skin, fish, or cooked dried beans and peas
Eight glasses of water
