My brother has diabetes. His diet mainly has Mexican food a lot, and I love Mexican food also but I don't eat it very often. I'm not diabetic. I avoided because my carbs are high. I'm concerned for him, but he just keeps telling me I'm being silly. Can anyone suggest a diet for diabetic?
