Hi, I want to know how can I include chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a diet? My daughter is 14 years old. As I know, seeds like chia and pumpkin are very healthy. I want to include it in her diet. I know she won’t consume it raw, so is there any other way to include it in a diet? Thank you for your suggestions.
