Suggestion Required for covid isolation

I recently had covid and am out of isolation on the 3rd of October. I isolated myself away from my husband. Now on 8th October, my husband tested positive. Will, I be reinfected again so quickly if he is not isolating. My husband is feeling depressed if he is isolated. Please suggest.
