Will cumin seed soaked water help in gastritis?
-
Hello, I am 23 years old. I am suffering from gastritis and bloating. After eating little amount I start feeling full. I burp a lot. As soon as I get hungry, if I don't take food immediately I get headache and flatulence. One of my friends suggested me to soak cumin seed in lukewarm water and keep it overnight. Drinking this water may cure my gastritis. I don't know whether it works or not. Kindly elaborate on this. I am thinking of trying out this if it really works.
