Exercise induced allergy- home remedies??
-
Hi, I am 33 years old. Recently I have found that whenever I am doing exercise, I am getting allergies. Once I stop doing it, the itching sensation goes away. I have aversion for medicines. If I am going to a doctor, I will be given lot of medicines. So I am not willing to opt for that way. I am looking for some home remedies to cure this exercise induced allergy. Even though when I put a stop to exercise, I get relief. But I want to continue doing some physical activity.

@taposh You cannot avoid exercise-induced urticaria. However, you can help prevent flare-ups. Avoid food, products, or types of exercise that trigger hives and other symptoms. People who have severe cases may need to avoid exercise all together. Other people may be able to exercise if they avoid triggers. These can include certain types of exercise or foods. Keep track of what you eat before you exercise. If you notice a pattern to your symptoms, stop eating that food. If hives and symptoms also stop, tell your doctor. They probably will tell you to avoid the food.
