Hello, my mother is 46 years old and suffering from severe joint pain. She takes homeopathy medicines, does not want to take allopathy drugs. When the pain is unbearable she takes rest, that way she gets some relief. But this is not the permanent solution. I am looking for some home remedies that may help her and came across that turmeric milk may be of help. Can anyone comment on this and also guide how to make turmeric milk.
