I have a problem with the consumption of all types of carbs (rice, noodle, bread, potatoes).

Whenever I do consume carbs, I will have a lot of gas and become very flatulent.
I would like to ask if anyone has any recommendations for a balanced diet that is completely without carbs? Thanks.

The problem is most likely the type of carbs you're consuming. The foods you listed (rice, noodles, bread, potatoes) are all similar in that they're starchy carbohydrates. You need complex carbs instead. The foods listed below are generally high in fiber, low in starch, and low in carbohydrates. This is just a shortlist.

All green leafy vegetables (cabbage, lettuce, etc)
Broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts (all cruciferous veggies)
        Tomatoes, zucchini, summer squash
        Garlic, onion, parsley, cilantro
        Green beans

Have you had food allergy testing done?
