Does intermittent fasting help in loosing body weight?
Hello, I am 19 years old girl. I am a college student. My cousin brother's marriage is near. I am overweight, and I want to lose weight before the function. I have no other medical condition. I am trying hard by not having any junk food. But I can't lose weight as much I need. Some one suggested me that intermittent fasting may reduce the weight. Is it true? Please elaborate on this.
