Is having dry fruits good for heart?

Hello, I am 21 years old. I am physically fit and healthy. Regularly I am doing exercise and running 5 kilometer. My aim is to stay fit without any cardiovascular disease and also metabolic disorder. I also manage my diet in such a way so that my protein, fat and carbohydrate contents are adequate. I heard someone saying that dry fruits are good for health. I would like to know are they good for heart? If yes, which dry fruits are good for heart please explain.
