Can allergies cause back acne?

Hi, I am a 15 years old male. Last night I ate pineapple. Since then, my back itches a lot. My back is full of acne. The itching is gone but I still have acne. It was my first time eating pineapple. Is this acne because of an allergy?

Pineapple allergy symptoms can include:

Dizziness
