Hello, I am 25 years old. I am unmarried. Match making is going on at home. I am a school teacher. I go out side and get suntan very easily. Exposure to direct sun rays makes my skin look dull and tanned. I would like to get rid of this suntan. There is plenty of sun protection and de tans products available in the market which claims to remove tanning, but I need some organic and quick recipes to remove my tan. That is the reason I am looking for home remedy that will be helpful. Please help.

@ayushi Tanning is one of the common beauty problems faced by almost everyone. The intensive heat of the sun affects our skin in many ways. Exposure to direct sun rays makes our skin look dull and tanned. Though the sun is a great source of vitamin D, mild exposure to UV rays accelerates the synthesis of vitamin D and melanin in the body but the excess time spent under the sun can lead to various temporary and permanent skin problems like sunburn and even skin cancer. Tomato is a great ingredient when it comes to beauty and skincare. It is a source of vitamin C and antioxidants that promote the growth of collagen in the body. It is effective in preventing skin against sunburn, pollution as well as it contains lycopene, which acts as a natural sunscreen. It also helps in fighting cellular damage and stimulates the growth of new cells. Tomato is one of the very effective ingredients to be used for tan removal. Gram flour acts great for your skin. It can be used in tan removal by mixing it with some ingredients. It brightens and lightens your skin tone and therefore can also be used to as a scrubber to remove tanning from neck and arms. It helps in rejuvenating skin and adds glow to your skin. Gram flour absorbs impurities and removes dead skin cells.
