Exercise to treat knock knees.
-
Hi, I have been suffering from knee pain. I can’t stand for too long. I am only 42. I also have knock knees. Can anyone suggest an exercise to treat knock knees?

@danish-1 Hello, Knock knees are basically the misalignment of knees. All you have to do is stand straight, keeping your knees together. You will see a gap of three or more inches between your ankles. That’s because your knees have de-shaped, and are converging inwards.
Following exercises may help you in treating knock knees all by yourself:--
Butterfly flutters
This yoga pose stretches your knee cap, and other adjoining muscles in such a manner that their alignment can be rectified. -
Side lunges
It also helps to align your knees, so that you improve your posture and stance. -
Single-Leg Band Stretches
This exercise uses a resistance exercise band to help strengthen hip flexor muscles. -
Kickbacks
This exercise helps coordinate the stepping activity and strengthens the muscles on the outside of your thighs.
