Hey, my father is 45 years old. He is currently on dialysis. He is taking this treatment for more than a month now. He is getting weak. Can barely do his work. Can anyone suggest me healthy diet for him?

@krutika Hello, Your dialysis center has a renal dietitian to help you plan your meals. A renal dietitian has special training in caring for the food and nutrition needs of people with kidney disease. here are some of the vital pointers to consider: Make sure to include high-protein food items in your diet. Make sure to consume foods that contain low levels of sodium and potassium and high levels of phosphorus. Ask your dietician about the quantity of fluid you can have, including water, tea, coffee, and other beverages. What you eat in a day is a crucial aspect of your treatment. Therefore, it is highly advisable to get in touch with a renal dietician to plan a special diet for you.
